Gamecocks in the NFL

Jared Cook

Amari Cooper ranks sixth in the NFL in receiving yards this season, and over the course of his 72-game pro career has only been held without a catch four times.

One of those came Sunday against the New England Patriots.

Against South Carolina alumnus Stephon Gilmore, who was matched up with Cooper on 26 of the 30 plays he ran routes on, according to NFL Next Gen Stats. He also had an interception.
